Delete your account

You can delete your QUIT account and all its data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email privacy@quitpornblocker.com with the subject “Delete my QUIT account”.
2. If you saved your progress with an email, send it from that email address.
3. If you never added an email, include your nickname and, from the app’s Me tab, the date you started. We may ask one more question to make sure the account is yours.

We’ll confirm, and delete your account within 30 days. Uninstalling the app removes the data on your phone, but not your backup, so please send the request as well.

What gets deleted

• Your account, profile, nickname, avatar, outfit, items and Embers
• Your streak history, check-ins, relapses, milestones and lessons
• Your onboarding answers, journal entries and moods
• Your coach conversations
• Your accountability partner links and shield status history
• Your Village messages and stories

What we may keep

Records we must keep by law (for example purchase records held by Google Play or Apple), and reports about safety issues in the community, kept only as long as needed. Anonymous, aggregated counts (like how many people reached a milestone) don’t identify you and aren’t deleted.
