Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Obscura Vertex Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), which makes QUIT. By using the QUIT app or QuitPornBlocker.com, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use QUIT
You must be 18 or older. You’re responsible for keeping your phone and account secure.
2. What QUIT is, and isn’t
QUIT is a self-help tool: a porn blocker, habit tracker, lessons, a community and an AI coach. It isn’t medical care, therapy or a treatment for any condition, and the coach is an AI, not a person or a clinician. If you’re struggling with your mental health, please talk to a qualified professional. If you’re in danger or crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line.
3. The blocker
QUIT blocks adult websites using an on-device filter and blocklists. No blocker catches everything: some sites or content may get through, and some harmless sites may occasionally be blocked. You can request that we review a site. You control your phone; features like Strict Mode add a delay before protection can be turned off, but they don’t stop you from changing your device’s settings or uninstalling the app.
4. Subscriptions
Some features need a paid subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play (or the App Store) and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your store’s subscription settings; cancelling stops the next renewal. Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Refunds follow the store’s policies.
5. The Village and your content
Be kind. Don’t post sexual content, links to porn, harassment, hate, threats, spam, or anyone’s personal information, and don’t impersonate others. Messages pass through a safety filter; we may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules. You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us a licence to host and show it in QUIT so the community works.
6. Accountability partners
Only invite someone who agrees to be your partner, and only use QUIT on your own phone. QUIT must never be used to monitor another person.
7. Our content
The app, the fox, the island, the lessons and all other QUIT content belong to Obscura Vertex Pte. Ltd. You may use them for your personal use of QUIT only.
8. Ending your account
You can stop using QUIT and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
9. Disclaimers and liability
QUIT is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular result, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
